may get eaten up by the carrying costs (i.e. Insurance, lawn, general upkeep etc). Plus you run the risk of possible damage over the winter like a broken water pipe or roof damage from a storm. If you arent going to keep it to rent, I would say sell it as soon as you can at the price you think is right. My .02
