Looking to sell Mom’s house. She’s in a retirement community.

Very nice patio home with very little cost involved.

Should we sell now or is there a reason to hang onto it for another year?

Can’t say the location as we have stalkers like Gyro and DOC on here, but the city is growing and it’s in a great neighborhood.
