2023 in the GOM and 2022 in the Cook Inlet. I believe the 2022 sale also included onshore lower 48. It's certainly less than what leasing has taken place in the past but the GOM leasing generated 320 million or so in bonuses paid.
I'm not defending Biden's policies on leasing, just stating what should be obvious; that they have not made much impact on US production. Offshore production isn't going to happen in the term of the president that issued the lease and the onshore stuff doesn't really move the needle much.
Leasing on private land has, of course, been ongoing unabated throughout the last 4 years.
