and Transportation Comission...i suppose if it was the fat cats then he's got a point. It it was the boots on the ground guys who actually get things done and roads repaired or resurfaced then i don't have quite as big as an issue. You need someone on the ground to get the work done. I suspect though it was just the higher ups and they lined their pockets.
