Is banning something That is designed to subvert The society of the United States be allowed to freely enter into the country, or should it be not allowed?


And keeping something out of the country does not ban it from being published,, it only prohibits it from being it from being Available in this country.

Was the constitution written to apply to foreign governments who's intent is to undermine our society and our country?
