Only the Electors vote for the President.

The Constitution does not stipulate who they can or must vote for. There is no ballot whatsoever; they can literally vote for themselves if they want.

The Constitution does not stipulate how States must select their electors.

Colorado -- and any state -- votes for which party will get to select and supply their Electors. If Colorado wishes to exclude someone from their ballot to select electors, why can't they?
