Does Mizzou have 5-7 million to use in NIL?

Ty could also put a tournament team together by retaining at least 5 of these 7 players. Bates, Grill, Tonje, Shaw, Pierce, Butler, Robinson. Keep the 5 freshmen committed. Then use somewhere around 1-1.5 million to get 3 players in the portal. A PG, a 4/5 and 1 other contributor.
