It's certainly possible she's got dirt on MU.
I'm just trying to think of reasons why MU would look the other way at a couple million they are owed.
If MU caves it's either because she was semi-forced out and could potentially sue her way out of the buyout, or it's hush money.
Such is life in the big city I suppose.
