there is no flawed interpretation; border control/security is not in the constitution. It is not a federal power.

society is the grand sum of all voluntary interpersonal interactions. Not only is your question flawed due to this fact, but you are arguing from a pro-slavery position. No one exists for the sake of society, to “help society” or to “contribute” to society.
