I do think it is something for people to actually consider when making a law and its consequences.

We have thousands of laws still on the book that are so beyond stupid that they are even thought of for being enforced.

We also have laws on the book (broken taillights) that get abused to give a cop an excuse to pull someone over to look for other problems (drugs, firearms, warrants, ect.).

Why not actually think of the consequence of a law when one is being made, or in our case, when discussing such laws.
