I wasn't just taking my personal experience. I was taking hundreds of other peoples experiences who worked in that field as well plus actual statistics and data of that group of people and the Fraud they commit to get more benefits.
Of course you are the one turning it into something personal saying it's group think in a effort to minimize mine and others knowledge of the inner working's of the system and the data of the inner workings of the system and the Fraud in the system.
I do agree that Wages get suppressed by the Welfare system.
My point is that a Wage you can live on is subjective. And should be determined by a persons skill set and by the Employer. That outside Third parties etc. should not be setting wages and deciding what is a Living Wage.
And good gosh if the use of Low Kill or Menial job is that hurtful to those in that field then they Need to harden up and either accept it or Work to not be labeled as that. I worked Low Skilled Jobs before and I wasn't some Candy arse who was offended by it.
I understand that Companies tend to pay those workers as little as possible because those employee's tend to be the Biggest Expense for all business's.... payroll and payroll taxes of those employee's are what cost the private and public sector the most money.
And I love individualism.... But sadly that is mostly a myth. Plenty of Studies that show people are followers/Tribal/Lemmings for the most part. From the Asch conformity exp. to the Milgram experiment. I can name many others.
