my response to your bigotry had nothing to do with race. It is you taking your personal experience and applying to an entire group of people. More groupthink.
Our welfare system has completely messed up wages. Wages actually get suppressed when you have a welfare system. as employers know you can go elsewhere to get what you need for help. Jobs provide to parts. One is for the employer, and in return it is a wage you can live on. That was my point.
And your use of low skill is quite demeaning. Most of these so called low skill positions are actually very important to success of companies. They are the face of your company in two key areas.... to the customer, and to production. If you think those two parts of a company deserve crap wages, you do not understand business at all.
