I 100% disagree about a pie in the sky statement that low skilled workers deserve help and a arbitrary idea of a good wage! What is a good wage? My idea of a good wage is minimum wage if that is your skill set. If your skills are minimum wage then that is your lot and a Company/Govt/Taxpayer/Consumer is not suppose to make up the difference because of your in inadequacy. In fact it's morally wrong and out right Stealing.
I agree people don't have to support those charities. I was just pointing out how those garbage people love to run that circuit to acquire Free Resources and the Co-dependent Naive folks sucking up secondary gain hand them out to those who are lying to them so they can live a shiftless lazy life style.
How was my response bigoted? That is strange and illogical. Edit now after rereading your post and getting over my brain cramp I see you are trying to infer a racial component to my dislike of the Shiftless. Well sorry to Burst your racist mind. But I worked in a Rural white area with Trailer Trash and White Trash. Oh don't get me wrong the Ghetto Welfare grifters are the same. Jeez what is insane is how when we had seminars/training with the STL/KC workers how many of the workers would brag about the Grift and how they helped their relatives and friends get on it and take advantage of it. I wanted to expose it but the women I worked with told me it would do zero good and I would suffer for it. I decided on a career change soon after.
And yes I can put a near entire population in one bucket. If you worked years in that Field. Your Father worked in that field. And you had 100's of co-workers in that field with Case loads from 300 to 500+ welfare recipients as well and that is the Norm then yes I can make that case clearly. They all have near the same BS story.
If you have a Sociology, Anthropology and Criminal Justice degree you will find out people have certain personality types, even base line behavior patterns and lifestyles.
Sure it's nice to believe in the Fantasy we are all different unique individuals but that is just Hippie dippie BS to make people feel good.
