Kim because of Norm.
Cuonzo because of the Porters.
And Gates because of skin color (DRF heads the National Coalition of Minority Coaches and has made it clear she gives preference to minorities; her head-scratching hire of Kerrick Jackson for baseball is yet another example).
If our AD would simply hire the most qualified candidate for the job, then our results would improve dramatically.
