was a two time All American guard at USC in ‘38 and ‘39.

When OJ Simpson won the Heisman Trophy in 1968, USC’s AD held a press conference to discuss the award. One of the reporters asked the AD if OJ was the greatest football player in the history of USC. The AD immediately responded “No. That would be Harry Smith.”

Harry Smith was the longtime Alumnus Advisor at the Kappa Sig house and an all around great guy to spend time with.
