compensation section, 3.1.2

It says that he will be payed $50,000/month ($600,000 annualized) for speaking appearances, marketing etc. Then the next sentence says that

"beginning on March 1, 2023... a total amount of ...$58,333.34 will be paid each month ($700,000.08)..."

Are those figures to be added together, eg. $108,333,34 per month in non-salary pay ($1,300,000.08 annualized)?

If so, including salary that would have been $1.6 million per year + benefits.
