But based on Scripture you can glean what God’s plan for mankind was and that these rights were innate to the creation. It’s like breathing. Laws can be passed to restrict choking others, or restrict filling the air with pollution that hampers breathing. But those don’t create our breathing. They are merely steps to protect our natural state.
