you could just buy a bigass bag of chopped lettuce for cheaper than a salad mix branded "Caesar salad" because its literally nothing other than chopped lettuce

All those other salad mixes have multiple things in them so they at least have some value, not having to buy 5 different ingredients to mix together yourself.
