Comment was that it was a delay of game coming out of a time out. The official play-by-play mentions a time out called by k State. But if you watch the sequence live, there was no time out.
Somebody either on TV or on the radio post game show said that the Missouri team thought kstate had called time out. Drink did not confirm that and simply said he made a mistake, but apparently more than one person thought there was a time out called there by k st. I noticed it while we were watching the game live that the kstate coach was running up and down the sideline obviously mad about something, and it kind of appeared as if though he was upset that the refs did not award him a timeout that he wanted.
The entire situation is wonky, but we are not guilty of what this particular author says we are guilty of it having a delay of game coming out of a time out. There was no time out.
