No. 2 was possibly significant. We'll never know if Notre Dame would have prevented a half yard from being gained with 11 men.

The rest are debatable decisions, with some of them being inconsequential to the outcome of the games.

SEC coaches account for 6 of the 10 not because they're worse than other conferences but due to the writer following that league closer.
