Neither of these geniuses were at the scene. Neither know any more than what was reported. And neither are trained in the law. Or if they are, they are very poorly trained in my opinion.
Defending your property with physical force that results in a fight that results in the death of the shoplifter is now MURDER.

I betcha that neither nit wit would agree that abortion is murder (ftr, neither do i) but while they recoil against the term to describe the intentional death of a totally innocent child, they are fully willing to use the term to describe the accidental death of a criminal at the hands of someone protecting his property.
