But there are two lives involved as well. If a person has been born, then the care of the person can be done by anyone, although if no one decides to care for that life, then what? Is that murder, or?
But the other issue is forcing the mother in gestation to care for the life of the being in her, especially if the baby was a mistake or unwanted, or even in some cases where the baby is harming the mother biologically.
your logic seems to suggest that ending the life after fertilization is murder as the natural rights of the baby exceed all others (or primary focus as you call it), similar to Spanky's view...corect?
