completely dependent on others for survival. Should we have a ballot initiative to endorse killing them?

I used to be pretty ambivalent to this issue, but I had an epiphany a few years ago that, if natural rights are based on the primary right to life, the right to life should be the primary focus of those that further natural rights. And if the right to life should be the primary focus, then the first line of defense of that right should be on behalf of those that are literally being formed for a human life.

I can't find nuances with this issue anymore.
