effort by Japan. The US intentionally didn't bomb it in previous bombing raids so they could see how damaging the bomb was.

Nagaski was a total cluster ****. The weather was ****ty so they hit Nagasaki instead of other targets.

Thousands of civilians died, but the 'targets' were legitimate targets with catastrophic collateral damage.
