that you do not wish to comply with then you have one honorable option. Resign your position and move on. I have done this more then once when my school changed Principals who had different philosophical positions on education than mine. It was their school they had every right to make those changes I could not in good conscience to along with them so I moved on to a position more in line with my beliefs.

Trump was at the top of their chain of command, he was the ultimate boys, not them.
