the music is so low that only the people in your cart can hear it.

Also, the qualifier of "unless..." is when I hear it the most.

My gripe is when it is loud enough that I can hear it. I've seen speakers the size of a small cooler sitting the basket and playing loud enough so that they can hear it on the greens and tee boxes when they aren't in the cart.
