of their record rather than their color or gender. If memory serves me correct, our last non-female AD was responsible for plenty of hires that have fallen flat. Now it’s too early to judge DRF but I’m liking her hires way more than Sterk. Please enlighten me on what hires you would consider to be good ones from him.
