In reality, men – especially the "alpha male" HC types – generally prefer working with/for other men, the same way that women generally prefer working with/under/for women. That's the way it is, whether you like it or not.
So DRF might have an edge at hiring female coaches, but top candidates for men's gigs (football, basketball, baseball as we just saw) might look elsewhere if all other things are equal... Mizzou isn't Ohio State, Texas, or some other super-advantaged school that doesn't have to worry about factors like this (it's why DRF would be a better fit at a school like USC, if they were actually willing to hire her).
Note to the woke: This is a fair question, so please... try to discuss it maturely.
