That are brought in every year.

So I think I would say it depends on what I perceive as needs.

Use prep recruiting to give the raw numbers needed at each position. Which would probably be around 20 per year.
Then use the portal to handle immediate needs. That would probably be 10-15 per year. This assumes about half of the prep recruits won’t work and transfer early.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
