time and time again, we see how discretion gets out of control. And almost nothing gets done about it.

There is some investigation, maybe some lesser guys get it, but the leadership almost always gets off free.

I do understand your points, but the State being a nanny state is nothing like parenting at all.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
