Athletically related debt.

FYI for anyone not familiar with the athletically related debt.
The debt is an obligation of the University .
If memory serves the University has issued two sets of bonds in the past 15 years for athletic projects.
At the time Mizzou joined the SEC substantial improvements were made to the stadiums infra structure, utilities as well as reshaping the hill and adding the upper east side deck.
Secondly, if the fund raising effort for the SEZ project fell short of the estimated 97 million cost, the curators authorized bonds be issued to cover the short fall.
I am not aware of any other project that would require substantial debt.
