Often not screwing things up is doing a great job of coaching... look at Odom he took a top flight defense and then morphed those same players into a flop of a defense as a HC.

Drink had also been a successful OC at NCst.

KJ is what his record is at this point and that is not very good and not close to a record that Drink came in with as a HC.
