Yep, Univ. Hall. One ugly bldg. to boot. Extend parking north and south of existing parking lot.

Side note: If Hearnes is so costly to remove, then renovate the place to look better. Brick it to match Farout facade and make interior nicer. Seems like it will have to suffice for a long time so do what you can to make it less an eyesore.

Float some damn bonds Missouri!
