I think the term "cultural marxism" is a pretty good one actually. As ummmm explains, instead of focusing on class, they focus on the cultural aspects of race, sexual orientation, etc., and use the grievances of those groups to attempt to deconstruct society. "Cultural marxism" seems like a pretty good moniker for that process.
