of India for procurement. When they can't understand a quotation and are processing a PO request, the dotheads call.
No one can fvcking understand them. The Admin at one of the hospitals siad she gives up and starts screaming at their stupid asses over the phone.
Once I figure out what the hell they want, I respond in an e-mail just so I don't have to talk to them.
