I'm just now dealing with a Gen Z moron

regarding one of my customers and a new policy where we use the customer's UPS/FedEx shipping account effective 04/20/23 instead of invoicing them for shipping costs.

Only issue is, this fvcking idiot sent my company a stack of invoices from 2021 (well before this policy change) and wants to know why we charged them shipping. Oh, she doesn't work directly FOR my customer--she's a contract service company "saving" them money by coordinating their supply chain shipping costs.

And MOST of my deliveries are face-to-face and the ONLY shipping costs passed onto them are inbound freight to our offices. We can't drop ship directly to the customer because every radio has to be programmed specifically for the department where it is going and activated on either their system or the statewide radio system.

So I wasted an hour and a half of my morning responding to this twit, who I Googled and looked up on Linked In and she's an aspiring artist/video game designer who is apparently working for this procurement company just to be a pain in everyone's ass.
