so she is like 21? Be kind or she will get offended and try to discredit you. If possible I would try to talk to the company that she represents. If that doesn't work ask to talk to her supervisor. Then throw her under the bus. I have spent the last three years dealing with these types and they are not fun. My patience wore out.
