So you're for pure democracy in which rights are granted by a majority of people? Yikes.

Our constitution has enshrined our rights and (theoretically) limited the government from infringing on them...unfortunately due to people like you who would rather sacrifice freedom for perceived safety, they've been infringing on them for a long time.
