Getting an OC was a big admission it wasn't working with Drink being HC and calling plays. Improving quarterback play is also extremely important, and I have to assume Garcia figures prominently in that regard.

Another big issue is improving the line play, or Garcia or whoever starts (presumably Garcia), will struggle no matter how good he is.
