Apparently the village court has been running ALL WRONG!
The staffs have been placed outside the court house when, according to article 5, section III, clause 2 'Staffs shall remain in the courthouse under the direct care of bailiffs or guards AT ALL TIMES!'
Further, the courthouse door is secured illegally! Per Maintenance Ordinance 3, 7, 12 and 16, the courthouse entrance represents justice itself in each townhship and shall be secured with forged iron hinges, a chain lock with only two authorized keys, of oak or more dense wood more than two inches thick, at least three brims wide and a man and a half tall at the minimum.
As you can see, our courthouse door is out of compliance on multiple counts!!!
While you citizens run to and fro screaming in terror about Genghis' approaching army - we have numerous serious infractions in both regulatory and infrastructure compliance AT HAND!
Please stop your rushing about and listen - while your bloody skulls may soon be piled just outside the village gates I know you would hate to attend the hereafter from a village so thoroughly out of alignment with proper protocol and procedure!!!!!
