He will not address the ACTUAL difference between the laws he supports and those of a libertarian. It's very simple:
Libertarians support laws (and the enforcement thereof) which protect rights only and do not support laws which create rights, thereby infringing upon others.
Yes, both support laws against murder, theft.
4Tigs would support a law requiring or entitling all children to education (which thereby implies others provide it either directly or by tax) - a libertarian does not.
4Tigs would support a law punishing drunk driving. A libertarian would not; the law infringes upon a person who has not harmed others. A libertarian would enforce a law when someone crashes into others property or injures or kills someone via neglect, malice - infringing upon the other.
These are the differences 4Tigs avoided discussing last night and will continue to ignore and will continue mocking in his ignorance.
These belief systems are NOT the same. A libertarian's laws do NOT infringe nor put their will upon others - they only protect others from infringement.
I do NOT expect him to address this difference, he will continue to attempt to equate the two as "both enforcing their will upon others" - when that is simply, factually, not the case.
