to $175 worth of P,K & S per acre and you're pushing $350 just to fertilize an acre of corn. All that LNG we're sending to bail out Western Europe is being diverted from domestic stocks that could be utilized in fertilizer production. We've been cut off from fertilizer imports from Russia, Ukraine and China. When you add in other input costs, such as seed, ag-chem, fuel, land costs, cost of machinery, crop insurance, harvest and transportation costs, etc. there isn't much left for the farmer.
