I'm unaware where an average person in Florida gets to directly ask a judge the proper interpretation of the law.

But I am reasonably certain that the registration was submitted through a government agency authorized to accept such registrations. The Department of State certified the registration, and from the article, proceeded to issue a voter ID card TWICE, and then didn't bother to remove someone from the rolls for two years.

If the state accepts DMV registrations, and their own governing agency accepts it as valid, I have a hard time thinking it's an individual's fault.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
