And I would also say the crime rates aren't a direct result of policing itself (public officials play a huge role).

I'd think one could measure education through graduation rates, grades, testing results, etc. The KC public school system is an absolute joke, which is why they lost their accreditation for so long.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
