chopping block before.

I was surprised to see Northeast instead of East. East has already been closed once before, I would think there would less pushback closing it. I also think NE is the larger building so if there did happen to be a new enrollment spike they could more easily adjust if 100 new students showed up one year.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
