We also have figures for civilian casualties that remain imprecise.
I remain cautious and we must not forget that it is human lives that are at stake

Finally, the Ukrainian president still estimated that "
about 50 Ukrainian soldiers die every day
", or about 10,500 since the start of the war on February 24.
The figure put forward by the Russian president remains substantially in the same trend as that which had been communicated in August by his staff, during an extremely rare confidence on this very delicate subject:
"About 9,000
Ukrainian soldiers
were killed in six months of Russian invasion”
