think as a private citizen he can point back to some 35-50 boxes of documents and say - "oh yeah, I declassified all that stuff" with no record of that declassification is ludicrous.

Fact is to take presidential documents is a felony, declassified or not. Trump's statement that "they're mine, not theirs" displays ignorance in the face of Pat Cipolina having told him he can't do that.
