The beginning context is always 1) he is an imbecile 2) he doesn't know how anything works 3) he is going to refuse to cooperate 4) he will look at the situation selfishly 5) he will frame himself as a victim and throw any supporters under the bus to protect himself. You can't view any decision or action or outcome involving him through any other lens.

It doesn't matter if the documents are nuclear codes. If they are drawings in crayon he made it is still a federal crime for him to possess them.
