party enlisting 'private parties', providing the attorneys, selecting corrupt Democrat judges and court locations and systematically going after a single individual based on utterly fabricated 'damages'.
Damages that will be maximized due to all of the above.
'You spoke words therefore I was damaged' has legitimate usages in civil court.
This is not one of them.
It's a weaponization of civil proceedings to enforce the Democrat narrative.
And it's done for only one actual reason: opposition to the regime-supplied narrative.
If this type of action carries the day you can expect even fewer citizens to speak out against false flags and government corruption because they know the civil court system has been converted to the gestapo.
This has already been learned by thousands of conservative pundits as first Alex Jones was swept off of the social media platforms which are the new TV & Radio Stations, no corrective action was taken and then those thousands were subsequently swept from the very same platforms culminating in the removal of the President of the United States from twitter.
Now, the next lesson is, allow the civil court system to be weaponized and this is the next level of attacks you can expect for the very same groups, who now are barely holding on in alternate platforms.
If astro-turf can be snatched up and used as cannon fodder by the Democrat party against anyone who speaks out, claiming 'mental anguish' or 'defamation' because a citizen is publicly expressing opposition to say, gender mutilation, then the country will be over in short order.
Avoiding that timeline will require conservatives to stop shrugging their shoulders saying 'civil action and First Amendment don't relate', as the actual First Amendment is burned to the ground.
