it would have said...a person as no right to an abortion...does that ban it all, or just allow the legislature to make whatever law they choose.

If there is a right to an abortion (not sure if the current constitution actually says that, or if the Supreme Court of KS declared that), does that then mean a right that has no exceptions...so no restrictions can be brought forth.

My view would be this.

If you consider abortion to be murder..then it should be treated as a murder.

If you do not consider abortion to be murder, then it is a medical procedure that is between a woman and the doctor.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
